Kampong Seila District (Khmer: ស្រុកកំពង់សីលា) is a district (srok) of Koh Kong Province, in south-western Cambodia.
The capital lies at Kompong Seila village in Kampong Seila commune and is roughly 135 km from Phnom Penh City off of National Highway 4 (Cambodia). Surrounded by forest, valleys and mountains, most people in the district earn a living from rice production, gourds and cucumbers.[2]
Within the village seat of the district there are 1400 people and about 280 households. The main school is the T.C.Kampong Seila school.
